In the World’s Universities with Real Impact (WURI) Ranking 2021, Far Eastern University (FEU) was ranked 79th place in the Global Top 100 Innovative Universities. An improvement over last year’s 91st spot.
Compared to traditional ranking systems which evaluate quantitative metrics such as the number of journal publications and employment rate of graduates, WURI evaluates universities’ flexible and innovative efforts to foster a workforce that meets the demand from industry and society.
The WURI ranking also highlights the Top 50 universities in these five areas: Industrial Application, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Ethical Value, Student Mobility and Openness, and Crisis Management.
FEU currently ranked 16th for Ethical Value, 42nd for Entrepreneurial Spirit, and 12th for Crisis Management.
The FEU Institute of Technology also joined the Global Top 100-200 Rank of Innovative Universities and placed 24th for Entrepreneurial Spirit.
