The FEU High School Batch 1983 visited their alma mater last Oct. 21, to celebrate their 40th graduation anniversary.
The FEU Alumni Relations Office (ARO) organized a campus tour for the batch through the aid of the FEU Guides and a short program to commemorate their 40th anniversary. They concluded their celebration with a Thanksgiving Mass at the FEU Chapel.
The batch donated 100,000 pesos to ARO’s fund-raising initiative, the Centennial Bench, to make their 40th graduation celebration not just memorable but also meaningful. A bench will be dedicated to HS Batch 1983 to honor their generosity and fondness for their alma mater. Meanwhile, the donation will form part of the OneFEUfund, a collective effort of the alumni to ensure that educational bequests are successfully passed on to the next generation of Tamaraws.
Giving back and serving one’s alma mater is part of the alumni legacy. It is a great way to ensure that the present and future students get to enjoy the same opportunities they had or even more.
