Alumni Card Partners and Application Process

The FEU Alumni Card serves as membership identification to the alumni community.

Details on card types, application process (walk-in and online), card partners, discounts, and privileges are listed below:

Card Types

  • Bronze Card (Valid for one year)
    • PHP 500.00 (regular); PHP 350.00 (SHS fresh grads)
    • No payment (College fresh grads, included in Graduation Fee)
  • Silver Card (Valid for two years)
    • PHP 1,000.00 (regular); PHP 150.00 (discounted upgrade fee for college fresh graduates)
    • PHP 500.00 (discounted for SHS fresh grads)
  • Gold Card (Lifetime validity)
    • PHP 5,000.00 (regular); PHP 2,150.00 (discounted upgrade fee for college fresh grads)
    • PHP 2,500.00 (discounted for SHS fresh grads)
  • Card Replacement for lost/damaged card (PHP 300)
  • Renewal fee (Regular price for all card types)

APPLICATION PROCESS

WALK-IN APPLICANTS:

New Application

  1. Fill out the online application form located at the top of this page.
  2. Proceed to the Alumni Relations Office (Room 102, Ground floor, Admissions Building) for verification of status and accomplishment of the card application form.
  3. Present the officially marked endorsement form and pay the corresponding alumni card fee at the Cashier (Ground floor, Left Wing, Administration Building).
  4. Proceed to the ID Card Section (Room 201, 2nd floor, Education Building), present your official receipt and endorsement form, have your photo taken, and receive your new alumni ID card just in a few minutes.

Renewal

  1. Fill out the online application form located at the top of this page.
  2. Proceed to the Alumni Relations Office (Room 102, Ground floor, Admissions Building) and show your old and expired alumni ID card. Accomplish card application form.
  3. Present the officially marked endorsement form and pay the corresponding ID card fee at the Cashier (Ground floor, Left Wing, Administration Building).
  4. Proceed to the ID Card Section (Room 201, 2nd floor, Education Building), present your official receipt and endorsement form, have your photo taken, and receive your new alumni ID card just in a few minutes.

Lost/Damaged Card Replacement

  • Fill out the online application form located at the top of this page.
  • Proceed to the Alumni Relations Office (Room 102, Ground floor, Admissions Building) to submit an Affidavit of Loss (for the lost card). For damaged ID cards, surrender them to ARO Personnel.
  • Present the officially marked endorsement form and pay the corresponding ID card fee at the Cashier (Ground floor, Left Wing, Administration Building).
  • Proceed to the ID Card Section (Room 201, 2nd floor, Education Building), present your official receipt and endorsement form, and have your photo taken. Receive your new alumni ID card.

ONLINE APPLICATION:

  1. Accomplish the online application form. Submit via e-mail to alumni@feu.edu.ph and cc jkmanipon@feu.edu.ph (Ms. Jime Karleen Manipon) together with any valid ID (company, government ID, or passport) or your old student ID.
  2. Wait for the result of the status verification.

For Pick-up

  • Proceed to the Alumni Relations Office (Room 102, Ground floor, Admissions Building). Alumni Card application and releasing are available from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • If to be picked up by a representative, an authorization letter is required. Both you and your representative must present a valid company, government ID, or passport. Both signatures must appear on the authorization letter.

For Delivery Request (Local Only via LBC)

  • Fill out the online application form.
  • Email your ID photo and e-signature to alumni@feu.edu.ph and cc jkmanipon@feu.edu.ph.
  • In your email, please indicate that you would like your Alumni Card to be delivered. Please note that delivery is available within the Philippines only.
  • Wait for verification status and the delivery rates to be sent to you.
  • Once verified and paid, please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and delivery.
