Amplifying the Contributions of Nursing in the Society (ACONS), an online nursing publication, was launched through the active collaboration of the FEU Department of Nursing-IHSN, FEU Nursing Alumni Foundation, ARO, and FDEE. The editorial team, led by Dr. Joemer Maravilla as Editor and Mr. Harold Doroteo as Co-Editor, made the publication possible.
ACONS highlights the contributions of nurses in society by transforming key agendas into innovations and practice, as well as inspiring the status quo towards trans-generational and interdisciplinary sharing of knowledge and experiences.
One of the ways by which nurses can effect change is through communication and dissemination of information relevant within and beyond the nursing profession. ACONS aspires to become and avanue where nurses can share valuable information, insights, and stories of their undertakings in practice, education, research, and leadership.

As FEU approaches its Centennial Anniversary, the FDEE Committee’s projects will continue to be in line with the University’s vision & Mission by continually encouraging the faculty to explore strategies to uplift the level of quality education that will assist students in being prepared to be independent, proficient & safe nurses in a variety of health care settings.
The FDEE Committee is concerned with our projects’ sustainability to keep adequate funds. This can only be achieved through the generous support of our Alumni, family & friends. With your continued support, you will be part of the legacy of the FEU-IN in producing competent nurses that all of us will be proud of for a lifetime. Thank you to all for your generous support!
